I seriously thought that Ozzy was going after this Johnny Train guy, who happened to be "crazy" for some reason. It wasn't until a co-worker asked me one day if I was "goin' off the rails on the crazy train" that I ever even considered that those might be the real lyrics. At that moment I could recall almost every party, road trip, etc. where I had yelled along to the tune with my own version of the lyrics.
