    I was the one who did the embarrassing. I went to see a couple friends of mine who were playing in a band and they were covering this tune. The lead singer who has a great voice that could be understood far better than Rod Stewart's delivered the misunderstood lyrics to the raucous amusement of everyone present! I've never let him live it down.
