The story:

I was on my first date with this great guy who realy (realy)enjoys this band. Well I thought I knew the lyrics so I sang right along with him. I probably turned a thousand shades of red when he pointed out how wrong I was, but I am not too good to laught at myself. Plus my way sounds better and makes more since anyway. Of course I guess the song speaks to the writer.
