I was listening to a tape with a friend who constantly misheard lyrics, patiently educating him in the error of his ways. When this one came up, I just as snottily explained to him that no, he had it wrong again. Except that it was me who had it wrong. I had to admit his (correct, as it turns out) version made a lot more sense.
