Tom Boslay a titting gone yore

Real Lyric: Tá folt lei a' tuitim go feóir

    The story:

I just got Annmarie O'Riordans (Irish singer) CD
"Ireland - Love of My Heart" and was listening to
her version of the traditional "Ar Eirinn Ni
Neosainn Ce Hi" and it really sounds like she says
"Tom Boslay" and when I heard that, Happy Days
instantly sprang to my mind, but of course that
    was Tom Bosley, not Boslay.

I have heard this song before, sung by different
male voices, but since I don't understand Irish
language, I could have mistaken what I heard, then
again "Tá folt lei" could sound like "Tom Boslay"
for all I know, as I have never heard anyone say
those words in Irish, other than in this song, but
then I don't know or listen to music or talk to
    people who speak/sing in Irish.
