when i was little we would play sting in the car on the way to our vacation destination and i would always sing at the top of my lungs what i though were the right lyrics. I spent years thinking this song was about a boat and someone asking them to sit down so it didn't tip over. I didnt believe my mom when she told me i was wrong.
