My boyfriend was playing the song for me, and at first I heard the chorus as: "only in dreams", but later in the song, i heard it as: "opium dreams". I asked him about it, and he told me that the song was called "only in dreams", but that it did sound like it was "opium dreams". So for a whole day, before we checked the lyrics, we thought the lyrics actually could've been "opium dreams". If you listen to the song, either version fits. Honestly, it does. The "she" signifies the drug opium, just like Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.
