My friend and I were discussing songs one day and I mentioned that I thought it was strange that the writer would put those words in that song...I then speculated as to the sexual orientation of the singer. My friend said I was wrong and though he didn't know what the real words were, he was sure it wasn't what I thought they were.
I submitted a request to a newsgroup (alt.lyrics if I recall correctly) asking for the lyrics to that song. Along with the responses from the newsgroup on what the correct lyrics were, I also received an e-mail from my friend who saw my post. He reminds me of it to this day.
