The first time I heard the Sneaker Pimp's "6 Underground", I didn't have the lyrics at hand. So I simply listened as the song came on the radio, and wrote down the lyrics as I heard them (with drastic consequences.) I put them into my first vidfic[1], and the first person to read it (a nice girl named Sana) politely hinted at it the my lyrics were more than a bit off. When I finally got around to looking at the real lyrics, I found out just how messed up my version was >.
