The story:

I've been singing along with this song for years, thinking it was some kind of 1960's hippie drug song, even though the words didn't quite make sense (it's not supposed to, it's a 1960's hippie drug song!) I was singing it in the car while riding with someone, and they pointed out, much to my embarrasment, what the real words were. The song still doesn't make sense....
