'My friend and I were out driving around a few years ago when this song was always on the radio. As the song was playing, I had this picture of a desperately deranged man in my head, and I said to my friend,'This guy must really be messed up, as he's so bad off he can't tie his shoes.' My friend just cracked up laughing at me, and when he finally was able to calm down, he told me the real lyrics. He STILL teases me about it to this day.
