    The story:

    I went to a friend's country house and I was dancing to the song and singing my version of the lyrics. I was acting out the words such as 'butt-boy'(I'd slap my butt) and 'painter' (I'd pretend I was painting a picture in the air) when they occured in the song. I knew I had no idea what the words actually were but all my friends were in the same boat... The members of CCR should have really annunciated!!! I only found out the real lyrics on the website.
