The story:
The song came on and my girlfriend started singing it along with a choreography to go along with it. I asked her what the hell she was singing, while I cracked up. She soon explained to me that this was what Venezuelans had interpreted from the song, and she was not the only one to sing it this way. I also learned that they even named a group of people "whoapitups"...LOL
