The story:

This actually took place a long time ago on the Fall Out Boy messageboard, and it wasn't me who did it. It was another board member who said that it sort of sounded like the above misheard lyric, and then collectively as a board, we came up with Heavy Irish Pepper Day. It's on February 4th. :)
