My daughter (23) came in and asked why I was singing along to R.E.M. (I listen to oldies mostly) and I told her I could relate to this song. She said "Mom, the song is about Andy Kaufman. How could you POSSIBLY relate?" I said "You know the part where they said "Edith was troubled by her horrible a**?" I can relate because I, too, am troubled by my horrible a**. Needless to say, she laughed at me for days.
