To tell you the truth, I don't remember how it was revealed. But I never understood why they WOULD be talking about Bolivia, or why someone would think they were. I thought maybe it was a drug reference. I do remember that I was driving when I finally realized the actual lyrics, and I almost wrecked the car because of this blinding revelation.
