The story:

I loved this song when I was 6/7 years old but hadn't heard it for years. I finally got hold of a copy to listen to and as I started to sing along and neared that line, it dawned on me that "spaghetti landing" probably wasn't - as I had thought aged 6, and had insisted upon to my brother - the Russian version of "Spaghetti Junction" (in Birmingham). So, at least, I only look stupid in retrospect.........
