It is my boyfriend who sings it that way. We weren't even born yet when The Beatles were around. He was singing it one day and I heard him say that and I didn't think he was serious because he's always changing lyrics in songs. Then he asked me "Well what are they saying then?" I just died! He still sings it his way whenever we hear it. Can't teach an old dog!
