The story:

I was listening to this song with my girlfriend at the time. I expressed my confusion about this song's subject ("Pasta Fujidani") and she looked at me like I had three heads.

The only sense I could make of this was that perhaps the song was about a Japanese person who left his hometown of "Hansai" to live in Italy, which earned him the nickname "Pasta". Yeah, I know it doesn't make any sense. But I didn't know the term Dutchie. (shrug)
