My 6 year-old grandnephew was singing the second verse of "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" in the back seat of my brother's car and the child honestly thought those were the words to the song.

Addition to my last comment...Actually I thought "bring us some friggin' pudding" meant, hurry up, we are hungry, want some pudding!

I really thought this was the correct lyrics for years (didn't think it was odd to sing "friggin pudding" for a christmas carol so never bothered to look up what they were, until I came across this!

My kids are military brats and, unfortunately, exposed to all kinds of colorful language. When My youngest was about 3, her version was "Now bring us some f*#@ing pudding". I was mortified when she belted that out for the first time!
