It actually wasn't very long before I found out I was wrong, but it was embarrassing. I was showing off singing in front of my older sister's friends. They all laughed, and one of them asked me if I knew what a "boner" was. Admittedly, I did not, but I have a pretty good idea now, 20 years later. (My medication is not by prescription!)
