The story:
I went out to a bar with a large group of friends where they were doing karaoke. Being a good sport I picked one of my favorite songs "Icecream Man". Well, everytime it came up to "I got good lemonade" I was transfixed on the screen and stopped singing. It was just wrong and I didn't understand why they had the wrong words. The KJ would have to start singing behind me to get me going again only to stop when the same line came up and stare blankly at it. Later that night, with the song going through my head, it dawned on me I had been singing, "One pound vanilla." For 20+ years! The reason I thought I was right is because it sounds like a euphemism for minute man sex (one pound) with a white guy (vanilla), and David Lee Roth is a white guy. Why would he have lemonade on his Icecream truck?
