WELL, first I heard it as "I'm a cigarette" when it was playing in the background at work. Then I thought, surely it must be wrong, so when it came on the radio again the next day, I listened, but misheard it again, and thought the real words were "I'm a single ex." teehee, until I finally went home and looked up the real lyrics online...

I have heard this song on the radio on most of the last few days, and I don't think that when I first heard the song there were any parts of the song where I could confidently identify any of the lyrics. I have since looked up the real lyrics, and I don't see how the first 28 words (which I thought sounded like 'I want a cigarette') sound anything remotely like 'all the single ladies', and also I thought the chorus was something like 'you should have put a rain on it' or 'you should have rained on it'. It is quite a catchy song though. Winsky
