i was actually not the mishearer, but a friend of mine's father was. we were all sitting in their living room and he asked if peter gabriel was in the know that monkey's liked malt balls (as we were watching the video at the time). we wondering what in the world he was talking about and then he told us, you know: chocolate malted...isn't that what they are signing??? well after we stop laughing, we told him, the real lyrics. mind you, we were 16 or 17 years old and this is the same guy that always referred to Def Leppard, as Blind Tiger!!! Gotta love that guy!!
