my friend told me this story about how the band was from the town of Madison, and in their town "Madison blow" was some slang term they used. But when I showed him the name of the song he insisted on his story. so I turned it up louder and louder until we had our ears to the speaker at full blast, and he kept saying it sounded like he thought, in fact I dont know if he ever accepted the real lyrics.
