Actually, it wasn't me - it was a friend of mine in high school who was singing it, I had never heard of it at the time. I said to her, "Oh my God, you like my brother?" (whose name happens to David). Another friend corrected her saying, no it's from that Ramones song, she's singing it wrong. I was like, Who are the Ramones? Of course these days I know better. By the way, I am a different Lysistrata from the person who posted another misheard Ramones lyric.
