Way back, when this was on the charts, my buddy Bruce began singing this song with the wrong lyrics. There were a whole bunch of us together and when he began to sing it wrong, we all got a big laugh over it. That was around 30 years ago. To this day, whenever someone signs a wrong lyric, someone in the gang brings up Bruce's "coo in the summertime..."
