    Part 1 wasn't surprising. After all, why WOULD the singer be talking about some city in Mississippi?

    Part 2 was surprising, and rather disappointing. The "warm wind blowing the stars around" is a pretty image and more creative than the original, imo. Several other people told me that they misheard it like that, too.

    Sorry, but it is "there's a warm wind blowing the stars around" Dan Seals sings it when he does a country-western version of it in his later years. Can't miss the pronunciation.
