I wasn't sure at all what the hell I was saying... I was about 12 and my English was not that good... so I just happily kept singing the above lyrics (I also did switch 'on your birthday' in and that's even MORE stupid :P) without really knowing what the hell I was singing... then I checked the lyrics on the internet and found out...
The recent reissue of the album says the original song title (Party On Your p***y) so it's kinda lost its magic ;)
