This is one of my ALL-TIME favourite songs, so I was happily singing it aloud in the car, when my best friend decided to start singing too... and he sang the lyrics above. I burst out laughing at his ignorance / deafness, and then gave him a sound beating for implying Nelly Furtado would write such lyrics.
