It wasn't me that had this wrong, but my high school girlfriend. Granted, she was off by only one word. But I discovered her error when she danced out the lyrics, first reaching out her arms and then hugging herself for what she thought was "touch me." Oh, and this just happened to be in the tenth row of a Depeche Mode concert. That one word made a world of difference!
