I think that I mostly just found it amusing that I heard these lyrics as such, being that Kurt Cobain is singing and Kurt Loder was one of the more familiar MTV personalities at the time. I can swear that he really does say Loder though, as if he's challenging Kurt Loder to do the twist and shoot the s**t.
