When did I discover I was wrong? Well, it wasn't really embarrassing as much as just plain sad. I was sitting there, singing my version thinking, "Man, has Jewel lost her edge? Is she just running out of ideas for new songs?"
Then the next day, I heard my friend singing the REAL song lyrics. I was like, "Ooooooh, NOW it makes sense!"
