I was with my two flatmates listening to the radio. Rosa and I (both non-native English-speakers) started singing exactly the same incorrect lyrics. Jane (the native speaker) stared at us in bemusement. Being the majority in the room we were convinced that we were correct. It only made it more embarrassing later. Both of us came to study in England to have a British accent!!!
