The exact details I have blocked from my memory but according to my somewhat flawed memory, it was sometime in the seventies when I was sitting around the dinner table with my four siblings, one of which was a real Beatles aficionato. I think we were all sitting there eating our dinner and singing to the radio when I belted out... Paid for My Chrysler.
Well, everyone's forks pretty much stopped in midair and after a moment or two of disbelief they all started cracking up. Long story - short, I was roundly corrected and have subsequently never been able to live down that mistake.
