The story:

This was on the radio a LOT when I was in my mid-teens, and privately I always thought the lyrics a bit inappropriate, but it was the time of Frankie's Two Tribes, so what the hey. It was at a party last year when I felt myself adult enough to broach the subject of how unusual the subject matter was for a Tina Turner song. There were gasps of horror when I said my piece, and I was quietly taken aside to be told the correct lyrics. I got my coat and haven't been outside since.
