The guitar player in my band wanted to cover the song in concert for his ex-girlfriend, and, as the lead singer, I was the one who belted out the incorrect lyrics during practice, much to the delight of my know-it-all bandmates. I didn't think it was such a major transgression, but they still tease me about my cup in bed.
