It was my cousin who sang it this way... one time I stopped singing and asked her why she didn't sing it right...(I thought she was doing it to be funny, not uncommon for her)
She looked at me like I was crazy...
She tried for half an hour to convince me her way was correct.
This was before the internet was common in every home so she had to take my word for it, lol.
