I thought it was just a silly way to say that Leroy liked to start fights.
My brother set me straight, then told me about kissthisguy.com. I had visited the site before but never realized that I might be one of those thus afflicted...
So it turns out that Leroy does start the fights, but by showing off rather than throwing the first punch!
