I was 15 and riding in the car with my Dad who is a big Petty fan and he heard me singing along to the radio with the WRONG lyrics.
He nearly peed himself laughing so hard, but ever since then, my younger sister and I deliberately sing the wrong lyrics whenever we hear it.
