    Because when I got in the car with my friends and started to sing the song as I thought the lyrics were supposed to be,"Charlie". That is when my friends looked at me like I had lobsters growing out of my ears and asked what am I singing. Unfortunately I wasn't able to tell them what song I thought I was singing till a couple of days later when it happened to come on the radio, and that's when I was informed the lyrics were "shawty" and not "Charlie".
