No embarrassing story to tell here. I listened to the CD (Academy of Ancient Music - Hogwood) for the first time in my life a few months ago (early 2007), in preparation for an upcoming singing lesson, thought "That's strange that they would sing 'come for tea' in Handel's Messiah", looked at the lyrics in the CD booklet, and realized the mistake.
