I just thought the song was about a hot woman. I was 13 at the time, so I didn't think much about why the rest of the song didn't make sense! I was a college DJ before I realized my mistake during a discussion of the song with friends, who laughed at me when I told them what I thought it was. I don't confess this to anyone else for that reason!
