THE MISHEARD:

The story:

Me and my friend were driving the car, singing along to the soundtrack when It reached that part. She took a breath, so I belted what I thought they were in solo.

My friend turned to me wide-eyed, and asked in a stunned voice, "EXCUSE ME?" - I looked back at her, bewildered myself and innocently answered, "Yeah?"

Struggling not to laugh, my friend asked, "What did you just sing!?" So I flipped off the c.d and repeated myself.

My friend bursts into laughter and nearly drives us off the road! "No, No, No! It's..." She corrects me, trying to focus on the road through her laughter.

I sit in a contemplative moment of silence then shrug and say, "I suppose that would make more since. I thought she was calling Tracy or Miss Crabs a bitch, and neither makes much since Tracy is her daughter and she hasn't met Miss Crabs yet."


My friend just snickered and told me, "You need to get your hearing checked."
