Since I lived in Nashville, it made perfect sense to me! Thirty years later I was talking to my husband and remarked to him how I always thought it was cool how that song referenced Nashville, but never understood what meteorologically-speaking "Nashville weather" was exactly. He straightened me out on this. I also thought it was "There's a bathroom on the right . . . ". I still can't believe that's not what they're saying!
