The story:
For the first seventeen years of my life I had only heard these songs through my gramma's staticy old radio, and my older brother sang this way, so when I sang it to my 3 year old daughter for the first time my wife glared at me and, proving how smart she was, corrected me. Sadly, my daughter sings my brothers version, convinced it is right.
