The story:
In a restaurant with me and another couple, my girlfriend decided
that we needed "a song". While I was waiting outside the women's
restroom afterwards, this song played in its entire duration.
Coincidentally, many of the lines reflected our relationship, and it
became "our song". Unlike me, she looked up the lyrics online
before making references to them.
