The story:
I realize both of those are probably the most risque thing ever, but I've always thought "head" would make more sense, because you could be telling someone "what's on your mind" (a secret) by whispering in their ear, which would require putting your lips to their head. But when the Superbowl Halftime Show aired, the live version was pretty clearly "hip."
