The story:

The first time I heard this song, my reaction was, "WHAT did she just say?!?"
At which point I sent the song to my friend and she agreed with me in regards to my take on the lyrics.

But when I actually found the time to look up the lyrics in the booklet (a fair amount of time later), I saw what the song actually said.
Oops.

I still think my friend believes the other version, and I really don't want to bring it up. And whenever I hear it I always think she says what I KNOW she didn't say.

I guess it really doesn't matter anyway, it probably means the same thing both ways... unless she literally wants to be hit by a car or something, which I doubt.
