C'est suan la (roughly: It is hot and sour)

The story:

I have always known that the bridge is in French, but since I don't
speak that language, the only intelligible thing I could come up with
on my own is this improbable ode to Chinese hot and sour soup (suan
la tang). Then again, this band titled their follow-up album "More
Songs About Buildings and Food", so it's not as improbable as it
would be for some groups.

As with several of my other submissions, I learned the correct version
from somebody else's wrong version of this line on this site.
